摘要：This presentation focuses on the application of heuristic algorithms in the manufacturing industry, using empirical scheduling problems from semiconductor, TFT-LCD, and continuous steel casting industries as illustrative cases. The integration of heuristic methods with reinforcement learning and machine learning techniques is explored to address the specific characteristics and constraints of practical production systems. The validation is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches in improving production efficiency. Furthermore, the discussion extends to broader applications in overall production planning and logistics decision-making.
