CHEN specializes in systems engineering software, syndicated big- data analytics, and global retail supply chain management, with 30+ years of experience across Asia, the USA and Europe. He previously served as International Vice President at Daymon Worldwide, a U.S.- based global retail consulting firm, working closely with leading retailers, such as Costco, Carrefour and FMCG brands. He holds a B.S. in IEM from National Chiao Tung University (now NYCU) and an M.S. from Boston University. He is recognized as an Outstanding Alumnus by NYCU IEM. Professor Chen currently serves as a senior consultant to global FMCG companies and large-scale retailers, and as an Assistant Professor in the IEM, NYCU.
