演講摘要：

This talk introduces the data envelopment analysis (DEA) embedded with Nash equilibrium to the energy and environmental issues. The underlying assumptions of DEA are described for perfectly competitive market while some assumptions may not be true in the imperfectly competitive market, particular, with a endogenous price. The talk introduces four Nash-based topics including (1) Nash profit efficiency in gas and oil industry; (2) mixed-strategy Nash equilibrium with multi-oriented efficiency measure in power sectors; (3) shadow price estimation on stochastic semi-nonparametric envelopment of data (StoNED) in coal-fired power plants; (4) optimal allocation of emission permits (AEP). Hope these topics provide useful managerial insights to inspire the advanced research in DEA and drive productivity in our industry transformation.
