演講摘要:
消費者心理學的相關研究,建立了消費者行為的心理機制及相關的模型,並對未來的行銷活動有很大的啟發。然而,這些研究多半在實驗室中進行,建立在假設性的研究設計上,並只觀察受試者當下的滿意度及行為。為了驗證這些研究發現,並測試其實際成效,我們在幾個不同的研究計畫中,分析真實世界中的消費數據,也透過實地實驗的方式,和相關的廠商合作,在實際消費場域中進行實驗,測試不同行銷活動的效果,並持續追蹤消費者後續的行為,希望能夠驗證文獻的發現,探索消費者行為研究實務應用的全新可能性。 Previous consumer research has established different effects of various types of marketing activities. For example, it has been shown that there is a causal relationship between delightful surprise and consumer satisfaction, and other studies have been done to uncover the positive experience when receiving probabilistic promotions. However, little evidence in the real world has been provided to verify and generalize these findings. To put behavioral economics and consumer psychology to the test in the real world, we work with firms and conduct experiments, aiming to help companies achieve their traditional goals in non-traditional ways. At the same time, we are able to raise valuable new directions inspired by the real problems companies faced. |
