醫療與健康照護服務的營運成效是眾人健康之重要關鍵，如何從作業流程的觀點，綜合運用統計分析與管理科學方法，來提升其運作效能與品質、並探詢進行服務創新與設計的機會，是亟需產學密切合作的議題之一。本演講將分享若干案例與經驗，以期能拋磚引玉。 The operational performance of medical and healthcare srevices is key to everyone’s wellbeing. Thus it is a great research area about how to apply operational analytics and management science tools to help improve the effectiveness and quality of medical and healthcare services. Potential oppotrtunities for service innovation and design may be alsoidentified during the improvement processes. In this talka number of caes will be presented to inspire future collaborations and breakthroughs.
